Huff and puff your way through a playful yoga adventure inspired by The Three Little Pigs! In this engaging and imaginative session, children will move their bodies through fun yoga poses as they build houses of straw, sticks, and bricks—and face off with the Big Bad Wolf using calming breathwork and confidence-boosting movements. This program combines storytelling, movement, and mindfulness to help young participants develop strength, coordination, and emotional regulation—all while having a blast! No yoga experience necessary. Mats are provided or feel free to bring your own. Best suited for ages 3–8, but all are welcome.
