Presentation and Interactive Learning
The class will begin with a brief presentation on the time, place, and occasion (TPO) for wearing different types of kimono and obi. The rest of the class will be spent as a hands-on, interactive session on how to tie a Nagoya obi; the most popular style of obi. (Suitable for informal to semi-formal occasions, the Nagoya obi is the most classic choice for many settings.)
