The Medicine Wheel is used by many Indigenous tribes on Turtle Island (the North American Continent) and in many other cultures worldwide. It is sometimes referred to as the Sacred Hoop. This experience will explore the foundations of the Medicine Wheel and the Four Directions, elements, Earth cycles, colors, animals, plant medicine, aspects of life, and life cycles. Participants will engage in cultural dances and paint their own Medicine Wheels.
