Attention Seed Savers: Update on Prize Drawing Deadline

If you've been busy growing and saving seeds this year, don't forget to submit your donations by Oct. 18 to participate in the prize drawing. Winners will be announced at the Oct. 26 All Pueblo Grows Seed Library program. 

Previous prizes have included:

15-gallon Root Pouch Fabric Growing Container; Jiffy Brand Mini Seed Starting Greenhouse Kit; Dalen “Wall of Water” Plant Protector; Book: The Seed Garden The Art and Practice of Seed Saving; Barrina 4ft T8 42W Full Spectrum LED Grow Light.

Drop off your seed donations at any Seed Library location (Giodone, Greenhorn Valley, Lamb, Lucero, Rawlings, or Pueblo West library branches). Seeds may also be dropped off at the CSU Extension Office at 701 Court St., Pueblo, CO 81003. Please include your name, email, crop type (beans, peas, tomatoes, etc.), and the year harvested. For more details or inquiries, call CSU Extension at 719-583-6566.

Remember, winners present at the October 26th meeting will have first pick of prizes. Those unable to attend will be contacted via email or phone to select their prize afterwards.
