Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise originating from ancient China, where it started as a famous martial art. Here in the US it is practiced for its health benefits in such areas as balance, bone mineral density, pain management, cognitive function, sleep disorders, and stress reduction. These are only some of the uses of Tai Chi for health.
