WOLF SHORTS FILM FESTIVAL Four short films about wolves and our relationship with wolves by award-winning Directors Julia Huffman and Rain Bear Stands Last
Hello Friends! Please join us on Wednesday, October 19 th from 6:00-7:00 pm at the Pueblo West Branch
Library, 298 S. Joe Martinez Blvd., for a WOLF SHORT’S FILM FEST. Short films about wolves and our
relationship with wolves will include TODAY AS I RUN and THE WILD ONE directed by Julia Huffman,
award-winning director and producer of Medicine of the Wolf. We will also be screening FAMILY and
ALMOST ANCESTORS directed by Rain Bear Stands Last, who is the director of the trending documentary
Somebody’s Daughter which focuses on the Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women (MMIW) crisis
and is “among the most important documentaries made on not only MMIW, in the twenty-first
century.”
