Discover the joy of movement and mindfulness with our Kids' Yoga class at the library! Led by certified yoga instructor, this fun and engaging session is perfect for children of all ages. Through playful poses, calming breathing exercises, and creative activities, children will learn to connect with their bodies and minds in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whether your child is new to yoga or has some experience, this class offers a wonderful opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and focus while having a great time.
