In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, this exhibit delves into the cultural and historical importance of food in Southwestern traditions.

Inspired by Pueblo, CO's annual Chile and Frijoles Festival, the showcase features artworks that capture the essence of traditional ingredients such as chile and beans.
