Join us in celebrating the vibrant world of fandom at our upcoming art gallery exhibit.

This exhibition aims to explore the diverse and passionate communities that revolve around various forms of media, entertainment, and pop culture. From beloved characters to iconic moments, we invite artists to showcase their unique interpretations and expressions of fandom through their artwork.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Important Dates:
Submission and Art Drop Off Period: June 15th, 2024 - August 15th, 2024
Opening Reception: August 17th, 2024
Exhibit Run Period: August 17th, 2024 - September 15th, 2024
Art Pick Up Period: September 16th, 2024 - September 20th, 2024

How to Submit: Submit your artwork by filling out this google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfiU0XzTkDvRVKtFLdqwLsx7bc5g0_5xjWuExI3WILKjfcM-w/viewform?usp=sf_link. After submitting the form, bring in your art to your local library branch by August 15th, 2024.

Artwork Limit: There is no limit to the number of submissions per artist, though this may change based on the volume of entries and space availability.

Theme: All submissions must revolve around fan art, depicting characters, themes, or scenes from any fandom.

Content: Artwork must be family-friendly, avoiding overly gory or revealing context. We discourage the submission of AI-generated artwork for this exhibit.

Optional: You are welcome to include an artist’s statement or bio alongside your submission in the google form.

Art Drop Off: Submissions must be taken to your local library branch by August 15th, 2024.

Late Submissions: Late submissions will be accepted on a case by case basis. If accepted late, the label next to the art may be delayed.
